Core API Setup
- Provide Nueve with any API Documentation you have, especially regarding:
- API Authorization
- Getting available terms and rates
- CD renewing
- CD closing
- Help Nueve access your test core. For example:
- API credentials
- Whitelist IPs
Online Banking Setup
- Two OLB user profiles created in PTE
- Provide Nueve the login credentials for these user profiles
- Each user profile needs
- Savings account with at least $5000 balance
- Checking account with at least $5000 balance
- At least 2 open CDs that you currently offer (e.g. 3 months, 6 months, etc.)
Create Certificates
- Can you create a new custom CD (2 day or 4-day CD)? It will help us with testing.
- Can you outline the process of creating these CDs? This would be helpful so that we can create CDs to test with without having to ask you
Certificate Grace Period
- Is there a way we can change the maturity dates of CD’s?
- What date (relative to the maturity date) does the grace period start?
- What is the grace period days?
Renew Certificates
- Is the renewal process immediate, or is it handled in batches?
- How many days before will the user see the Renew Till option?
Close Certificates
- Is the closure process immediate, or is it handled in batches?
- Do certificates with zero balance auto close by the end of the day by batch?
- How many days before will the user see the Close Tile option?
User Details
- Provide user details, such as a test SSN, for users who have certificate accounts that are in maturity.
- Can you provide the terms and conditions
