Send Email is an action type that sends email notifications to users in the source group, using the selected template ID, when they meet the specified criteria.
To add a group pair, click the plus (+) icon in the Send Email Notifications section. This will open a form with two required fields:
- Source ID (input field)
- Template ID (dropdown selection)
After entering the values, click the Save icon to add the group pair.
You can add multiple pairs by clicking the “+” (Add) icon.
