Move Group is an action type that transfers customers from a specified source group to a designated target group when they meet the defined criteria.
To add a group pair, click the plus (+) icon in the Move Groups section.
A form will appear with two input fields:
- Source ID – The ID of the source group.
- Target ID – The ID of the destination group.
After entering the values, click the Save icon to add the group pair.
You can add multiple pairs by clicking the “+” (Add) icon.
