This dashboard has multiple tabs to manage different features. When you select the Segment / Notify tab, the related view appears.
If there are no automations set up, you’ll see the message:
‘” No automations have been set up yet.‘”
To create a new automation:
- Select an automation type from the dropdown menu.
- Click Create to proceed.
After creating an automation the interface appears as follows:
In the top-right corner, there is a section dedicated to the Entry point Flow.
“Automations Enabled?” controls whether the entry point runs.
- If enabled, the entry point will run as expected.
- If disabled, the entry point won’t run—even if other settings are configured.
“Live/Preview Mode?” lets you switch between test and live modes:
- Preview Mode (enabled): Actions are simulated — no members are moved, and no emails are sent.
- Live Mode (disabled): The automation is fully active — members will be moved, and email alerts will be sent.
Status Messages Based on “Automations Enabled?” Setting:
- Enabled: Status shows “Process is Executing.“
- Disabled: Status shows “Process is Not Executing.“
Below the Automations section, there is a dedicated section for the Central Flow.
Clicking the Execute button in this section allows you to manually run the automations, bypassing the entry point flow.
Enable/Disable Automation:
To enable or disable an automation, use the Toggle button:
- When the automation is turned on, it will start working automatically. Whenever the entry point (like a specific event or condition) happens, the automation will run and carry out the set of actions you have defined.
- When the automation is turned off, it won’t run or perform any actions, even if the entry point is triggered.
Edit Automation:
To modify the automation configuration, click the Edit icon. You will be redirected to the Configure page, where you can update the automation settings.
You will be redirected to the Edit Automation Configuration page, as shown below.
Delete Automation:
To delete an automation, click the Delete icon. This will permanently remove the selected automation.
