Technical requirements

Refer a friend (code) – FI setup requirements

      

1. Access to 2 test users to test sending the invitations and accepting invitations 

2. Q2 Central access to test rewards disbursement and report generation.

a)Only need access for our Refer a Friend Central app
b)Share the username, password and Q2 central server url

 

3. Access to WordPress installed on FI’s hosting subdomain.

We need WordPress website setup. We need to configure the website for the Refer a Friend invitation popup while inviting. All the emails, text messages, and social network invitations are sent from the WordPress website using WordPress extensions. We need complete hosting access (SFTP/FTP) to the WordPress website. We should be able to upload files and manage the database.

4. Dedicated email id, password and SMTP settings to configure as a sender of invitation emails

We need an email id on the bank domain with all the details. We need to configure this email to authenticate the email sender while sending the invitation emails.

5. Mailgun account (Foundation or higher plan recommended – https://www.mailgun.com/pricing/) -(https://www.mailgun.com/pricing/)

TThe invitation emails will be sent using the Mailgun API. We will configure the sender email to authenticate.

6. Widget and banner images

We need 270 X 250 pixel widget background image to place in the right-side widget. And Invite Now button image that matches the design. Based on the campaign reward, you can design different content.

Note: Use Joined label and invite now button will be at same location. So, design the widget as per the Joined label and Invite Now button.

We need 1456 × 303 pixel banner to place in the pop-up (WordPress website)

Note: You can put your own content on the banner based on the campaign rewards.

We need a 450 x 200  pixel mobile banner to place in the mobile version in terms and conditions page. 

7. Host account ID of Holding account/share

We need FI/CU source account from which we need to transfer the reward money to online banking user accounts/share. Please share Host account ID or CIFInternal of FI/CU Holding account/share

8. PTE Deployment Requirement:

We need PTE access to set up the app.
