Send Email Notifications

 

The Send Email Notifications feature enables users to automate email alerts by specifying an Email ID and selecting a predefined Template ID. This functionality ensures efficient and consistent communication by leveraging standardized email templates.

Adding Email Notifications:
To add an email notification, click the plus (+) icon in the Send Email Notifications section. This will open a form containing two fields:

  • Email ID (input field)
  • Template ID (drop-down selection)

This streamlined process ensures accurate and automated email delivery based on predefined templates.

Validation & Saving – Both fields must be completed, and all predefined conditions must be met before saving. Upon successful validation, the email pair is added to the Send Email Notifications section, accompanied by a delete icon for removal.

Managing Email Pairs – Users can create multiple email pairs as needed. If an email pair is no longer required, it can be removed by clicking the delete icon.
