Push Notifications Management
The Send Push Notifications feature enables users to automate push notifications to a specified Source ID using a predefined Template ID, ensuring efficient and consistent communication.
Adding Push Notifications
To add a new push notification, click the plus (+) icon in the Send Push Notifications section. A form will appear with the following fields:
- Source ID – An input field where the user specifies the Source ID.
- Template ID – A dropdown menu for selecting a predefined template.
Validation & Saving
- Both fields must be completed, and all predefined conditions must be met before saving.
- Once saved, the Source ID and Template ID pair will be added to the Send Push Notifications section, with an option to delete if needed.
Managing Notification Pairs
- Users can create multiple Source ID and Template ID pairs as needed.
- If a pair is no longer required, it can be removed by clicking the delete icon.
This structured approach ensures a streamlined and efficient process for managing push notifications.
