Automated Group Mover

Automatically disable and/or move users’ online banking logins to different groups based on specified criteria. 

For example, automate the following: 

• Move new user logins to a less restricted group ater 30 days and at least $500 deposite.
• Move user logins to a restricted group when fraud is suspected.
• Disable inactive user login when all users accounts are closed.
• Disable inactive user logins who have not logged into online banking for 9 months.

Receive a report of user logins that were disabled or moved to a different group. 

Use the Member Group Management Tool on Q2 Central to debug and manually execute the job.
