Send Email Notifications
The Send Email Notifications feature enables users to automate email alerts by specifying a Source ID and selecting a Template ID. This functionality ensures efficient and standardized communication through predefined email templates.
Adding Email Notifications
To add a new email notification, click the plus (+) icon in the Send Email Notifications section. This will open a form with two required fields:
- Source ID (input field)
- Template ID (dropdown selection)
Validation & Saving
Both fields must be completed, and all predefined conditions must be met before saving. Once successfully saved, the email notification pair is added to the Send Email Notifications section and will be displayed alongside a delete icon for management.
Managing Email Pairs
Users can create multiple email notification pairs as needed. If an email pair is no longer required, it can be removed by clicking the delete icon.
This streamlined approach ensures seamless and automated email communication based on predefined templates.
